Spooky mochi brownies👻 I’ve been experimenting with mochi lately and it’s harder (and stickier) than I thought it would be •_• Now i’m stuck with a tub of mochi that needs to be used I chucked them in my recipe for vegan brownies and GUYS it is a winner! My parents try randy’s donuts for the 1st time✨ magulang approve meter (high to low): ~ Raspberry filled 5/5 soft fluffy and generous filling ~ Apple fritter 4/5 tastes like fall. good cinnamon flavor and love that it had apple chunks ~ Classic glazed 4/5 dad loved the light airy dough. he ate this all without sharing😤 ~ Oreo Glazed 3/5 a bit too sweet but dough was light and fluffy. this would have been 5/5 if there was a cream filling. ~ Coffee doughnut 3/5 wish it had more coffee flavor and it was too sweet for the magulangs. best paired with coffee

Flourless Chocolate Black Pepper Cake🤎 Fudgy dark chocolate cake with some spice complete with a crackly meringue top! I underbaked it just a bit for a molten center Everyone loved this so much it was gone in an hour (went back for seconds but it was wiped out 🥲) Debating if I should make a matcha version...
