Recipe Development

I have been developing recipes for 3 years and have professional experience working in the restaurant industry. With an emphasis in the pastry arts, I specialize in creating delicious desserts many of which are plant based. I love tackling unique takes on classics, flavor experimentation or in other cases creating something new from scratch.

Food Styling and Photography

My photography background stems from having a cinematographer as a father. In this way, I have always had a strong foundation in lighting and composition. I work primarily with local businesses to elevate their photos to increase engagement with their audience while making food the star of each photograph.

Brand Collaborations and Product Reviews

If you are a business or are working for a business that would like to work with me, I would love to talk and get creative. I mainly collaborate with brands in food, health and wellness – all things healthy, earth-friendly, sustainable and active (fitness). All blog posts are written by me and my views are honest and my own. If you have something in mind and don’t see it listed above, feel free to shoot me a message.

Freelance Writing

Before delving into photography, I was already a writer. I specialize in storytelling and article writing specifically culinary centered. My knowledge of the food scene spans internationally and is a constant passion of mine that has never dwindled. I write mostly through my blog and welcome other mediums of writing and new spaces. As a bilingual person, I’m fluent in English and Tagalog and can write in both.

Speaking and Events

On hold due to Covid-19, unless online based. Whether a class or a workshop, each one is tailored to welcome people of different skill sets, dietary preferences and personal interests. I prefer to be hands-on and involve the audience. Aside from cooking, pastry and photography, I also welcome spaces to speak on eating disorders, recovery journeys and intuitive eating.
